Supervisor

Reports To:            Senior Identity Manager

Position Type:        Full-time non-exempt (40 hour/week minimum)

Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the project leadership team identity integrity projects.  They are also responsible for direct management of staff as well as supervision of project team(s).    Success is measured by the completion of projects on time, at or under budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction. 

Job Functions        

  1. In conjunction with the project leadership, develops the procedures and process to be used during the project’s execution.
  2. Assists in the project planning activities which can include project procedure development and testing.
  3. Performs training of staff on project tasks.
  4. Assists with development and administration of the quality monitoring program used during project execution.
  5. Performs QA of project work, providing feedback to staff members for performance improvement.
  6. Supervises staff delegating appropriate tasks and utilizes JA’s Disciplinary Action process as needed.
  7. Coordinates and monitors the distribution and completion of work assignments to ensure staff members have adequate work to prevent lags in production.
  8. Completes the weekly productivity and quality monitoring summary reports.
  9. Participates in project activities, especially QA and QAQA.
  10. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of end-of-project evaluations for JA project team members.
  11. Supports and maintains thorough and effective communication among team members:  JA leadership team, JA staff, the client team, and when appropriate, Argo, and other vendor staff, ensuring all assigned JA team members as well as the client receive the appropriate information timely.  This includes the timely and accurate creation of change orders, as appropriate.
  12. Interacts appropriately with all levels of client personnel, demonstrating JA’s professional approach to client relationships.
  13. Builds capability in direct reports to advance employee knowledge, skill set and performance.
  14. Completes other business tasks for JA as assigned.

Experience

  • HIM skills and credentials preferred (JAremote merge planning, QA, and Supervisor-in-Training experience may be considered in lieu of degree/certification.)
  • Denver-based

Physical Requirements

Works in a remote (home) office setting, but does require some travel to client sites.  Must be able to travel routinely.
